8th Avenue and Emory Street, Asbury Park, NJ
Throughout town you’ll see a few small islands of turf that exist because of the way early city planners laid out our streetscape. Trolley triangle, at the corner of 8th Avenue and Emory Street is one such space. The garden is located on the space where a trolley used to turn around to travel along Main Street transporting visitors. With a well established Crepe Myrtle tree and Southern Magnolia anchoring this garden, its border is planted with rigorous tuberous roses, irises, sedums, liriope and more.
