The 7th Avenue Boat Launch is a bit “off the grid,” in that there is no irrigation available to make sure it stays well-watered throughout our long, hot summers. Because of that, our volunteers have planted this garden with hardy knock-out roses, mallows (also known as northeastern hibiscus), black-eyed-Susans, and other perennials that require minimum care.
