APESTC GREENING – East End of Deal Lake
Wednesday's greening session will take place on the East end of Deal Lake. We'll be planting trees!
Volunteers gather on Wednesday and Saturday mornings, from 9:00am until 11:00am. We announce which garden we’ll be working on the day before each gathering, so check this page to see where we will be meeting.

We'll be gathering at the Pollinator Garden and Seagull Garden on Lake Avenue this Saturday morning. We'll be weeding and mulching!
We'll be mulching the new tree beds at the east end of Sunset Lake
Because of the weather, today's greening at the Rotary Garden is canceled. We'll regroup on Tuesday to plant these perennials.
This is a reschedule from Saturday's wash out! We'll meet at the Rotary Garden on Sunset Lake (5th avenue side), where volunteers will be weeding and planting new perennials.
We have a lot to do on Saturday! We'll gather at the Rotary Garden on 5th Avenue at the east end of Sunset Lake to plant perennials, then move to Press Plaza on Cookman Avenue to weed and reclaim that garden
On Wednesday morning, volunteers will gather at the Gratitude Garden, to spruce things up before our first produce distribution at the Community Farm on Saturday. As time permits, volunteers will also be needed to plant new perennials at Press Plaza.
On Saturday morning, we'll be returning to Press Plaza, to plant some new perennials. As time permits, we'll also head over to the Rain Garden on Main Street, to attend to some clean-up and plantings that need to happen there.
We'll be weeding, planting and mulching in the Civil War Garden Wednesday morning. As time permits, volunteers will move over to Press Plaza, to plant a few additional perennials.
On Wednesday morning, we'll be spreading mulch around the freshly weeded and newly planted beds in Press Plaza
We'll meet at the Seagull garden to plant a few new perennials, and do some serious mulching! Then we'll move down the street and mulch the children's garden.
