APESTC Greening — Rainbow Bridge

The ESTC received permission from the City Manager and City Engineer to clean up and plant Spring bulbs at the Rainbow Bridge Memorial Garden on Lake Ave at the south end of Kennedy Park. The park is still being remodeled and no one is allowed on the grounds but you volunteers got clout!
We will then go to Merchants Park to prune grasses, etc.
